We meticulously inspect every product that reaches the consumer’s table. Our fundamental principle at Eurocatering is to follow strict quality controls at every stage of production and prior to the release of our products in the market. These controls pertain to both the content and labeling of a product and adhere to all the requirements of national and European legislation.
All of Eurocatering’s products are produced in accordance with the Integrated Agricultural Management System and the implementation of the Quality and Food Safety Management System, certified by TUV HELLAS according to EN ISO 9001:2008 and EN ISO 22000:2005, following the HACCP principles (CODEX ALIMENTARIUS). Our production process is also certified with FSCC 22000, which enjoys full recognition from the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
In addition to external authorities and certifications, we also conduct internal audits in the corresponding safety department of Eurocatering, which is staffed with specialized personnel. This way, we ensure maximum quality and hygiene for consumers and encourage our partners to diligently follow the same safety and cooling cycle policy to keep our fresh products fresh until they reach the plate.
