THE MULTIFACETED PRODUCTION MODEL OF EUROCATERING-BG:

During the reception of the raw materials, the first selection takes place. Suitability is checked based on quality characteristics such as type, color, ripeness, etc.

The second selection occurs during the cutting stage. Fresh vegetables are carefully inspected again and cut before the washing stages.

Spraying with potable water under high pressure.

The process is repeated three times.

The washed vegetables are placed in a centrifugal mechanism, where they drain and ultimately dry.

Vegetables are transferred to an automatic weighing and packaging machine, resulting in the final products.

For the finished products, the refrigeration chain begins. They are stored and maintained in chambers that keep their temperature at the desired levels. The maintenance refrigeration chambers operate at temperatures below 5°C.

Products are loaded onto refrigerated trucks equipped with cooling elements and chambers capable of maintaining the products at the appropriate temperature (≤5°C).
